FRIDAY 7TH juNE:

Registration pass & welcome day at TIP Village (15:00 - 22:00)

SATURDAY 8TH junE:

Competition day: 9:30 - 17:00 then participate to the "Apéri'TIP" at village (free entrance)

SUNDAY 9TH junE:

Competition day: 9:00 - 13:00 then participate to the TIP Party (to book during registration)

Medals and awards around 12:00.

Duathlon (9:00 - 13:00) 5 km running + 20,2 cycling + 2,3 km running

MORNING (9:30 - 13:00) :

Track races, 3000m - 400m, - long jump - shot put - purse throwing.
first medals ceremony - awards around noon

Afternoon(14:00-17:00) :

100m - 100m retrorunning - 800m - 4x400m (teams will be made on site the day of the race) - fun race.
second medals ceremony

Two challenges on the 2 days:
The challenge by feet: 400m + long jump + shot put + 10 km single
The challenge with pedals: 400m + long jump + shot put + duathlon

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Track races: 14 €

5 km or 10 km or km duathlon : 14 €
(the 3 races will take place at the same time. Therefore a choice must be made)

Track races with 5km, 10km or duathlon: 19 €

Challenge by feet (10km, 100m, 400m, shot put, and long jump) : 19 €

Challenge with pedals (Duathlon, 100m, 400m, shot put, and long jump) : 19 €

SATURDAY: PARIS-BOIS DE VINCENNES

METRO line 1 : station CHÂTEAU DE VINCENNES
There will be indications all the way from the metro exit to the starting line: in front of the castle.
